What you eat or drink in morning!!

This will give impact on your health. According to a dietitian report, if you drink tea or coffee in empty stomach, it will increase Hydrochloric acid in our stomach. If you continue this habit then it will damage your intestine wall. Many people suggest drinking green tea instead of tea and coffee. But it will also cause the wall of the intestine in lower rate.

Here are few things which can make your morning healthy

1) Lukewarm water

Take one glass lukewarm water add 1-2 teaspoon Lemon on it. It will increase your immunity. By taking it more urine will come which help to remove harmful particles from your body. Lemon contains vitamin C which helps to fight against free radical present in our skin. Taking it regularly your body will get antioxidant and electrolytes which increase the activity of enzymes in your body.
Lukewarm water help to increase the digestion process. You can also add honey with lemon in lukewarm water. Lemon and honey help to clean the liver and your body get vitamin C, vitamin B, Magnesium, Calcium, and Phosphorus.

2)Fenugreek (Methi)


You can start your day with seeds. Yes!  you hear right if you eat soak seeds of fenugreek in the empty stomach it will help yo increase your digestion process. Fenugreek seeds also know as ‘Methi’ Soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds,  overnight in water and gulp the next morning with 1 glass water. It helps to control blood sugar levels in diabetic people. It reduces cholesterol. It also helps to increases breast milk supply and the mucilage in fenugreek bind with foods flushing out toxins from the body and thus prevents cancer.

3) Cinnamon (Dalchini)

It’s also known as dalchini. Taking cinnamon with lukewarm water helps to maintain the flow of blood. Cinnamon was a highly effective remedy against diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes. It has the ability to improve one’s glucose levels and lipid levels by activating his/her insulin receptors. Have a teaspoon of freshly ground cinnamon with a little bit of honey. It will help you to protect from disease. It also helps in digestion. Cinnamon contains mineral manganese, fiber, essential oils, and calcium.

4) Almond

Start your day with almonds.
Soak almonds are better than dry almonds. Almonds can be difficult to digest and may stress your pancreas. So, it will be good if you soak them before they are eaten, or roast them. Almonds reduce heart attack risk. Almonds help to protects artery walls from damage. Almonds help build strong bones and teeth. The phosphorus in almonds helps make this possible. Almonds contain riboflavin and L-carnitine, nutrients that boost brain activity. Almonds are very beneficial. They also help to nourish the nervous system.

5) Eat fruits


Fruits benefit your body immensely as they are natural sources of vitamins and minerals, which are essential for the proper functioning of the body. The fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals. Fruits help you to stay away from diseases like heat stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, heart ailments, and diabetes. Fruits effectively fight skin disorders and promote healthy hair growth. The nutrients in fruit are vital for health and maintenance of your body. People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.
